Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage online marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Optimize the e-commerce website and marketplace listings for search engines and user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of e-commerce initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and marketplace partners.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data privacy laws, and marketplace policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns and exchanges.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the online shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, online marketplace operations, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon) and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

Skills:

  • E-commerce Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Marketplace Management: Managing product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment on online marketplaces.
  • Digital Marketing: Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Data Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to track success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and managing inquiries, issues, and returns.

Preferred:

  • Experience with advanced e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and e-commerce regulations.
