We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our product team. You'll be working on our core product, developing advanced solutions that enhance our customers' experience. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to create high-quality, data-driven products.


About the Role:


We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead and shape data-driven initiatives, working closely with clients to apply cutting-edge techniques in Data Science, Econometrics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). Your primary focus will be to solve complex, real-world business challenges, including churn analytics, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation, driving actionable insights that significantly impact business performance.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Churn Analytics: Analyze customer churn patterns and develop predictive models to reduce churn.
  • Clustering & Segmentation: Use clustering techniques for customer/product segmentation.
  • Predictive Analytics: Develop models for metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and churn.
  • Recommendation Systems: Build recommendation engines for products, marketing, and pricing strategies.
  • Data Processing: Handle Big Data, perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and prep data for analysis.
  • Next Best Actions: Recommend actions (e.g., campaigns, product offerings) for client growth.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with trends in data science, ML, and AI.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: BSc (or equivalent) in Statistics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
  • Programming: Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn; TensorFlow/PyTorch is a plus).
  • Data Handling: Experience with Big Data tools (SQL, Hadoop, Spark).
  • Machine Learning: Knowledge of regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting techniques.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business strategies.
  • Communication: Ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.
