About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex projects, deliver innovative customer-centric data solutions, and provide hands-on execution with a strategic focus. You’ll drive team innovation, mentor junior members, and manage stakeholder relationships. Key areas include large language models (LLMs), forecasting, customer lifecycle management, and building intelligent products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data-driven products.
- Innovate and prototype new solutions, converting ideas into enterprise-ready applications.
- Implement advanced LLMs, forecasting techniques, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Build intelligent products to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Manage AWS infrastructure and ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists while managing stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Expertise in data science techniques (data mining, statistical modeling, classification, clustering).
- Strong experience in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Proven ability to manage business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with AWS technologies (S3, Redshift, SageMaker) and agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science roles.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in forecasting, customer lifecycle management, dynamic pricing, and AWS tools like EC2, Lambda, and Kinesis.
