Role Overview:

The Brand Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing branding projects from start to finish. This includes developing logos, color palettes, typography, brand guidelines, and other design assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding results. 



Key Responsibilities:


1. Brand Identity Development:

  - Design comprehensive brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand collateral. 

  - Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. 


2. Creative Conceptualization:

  - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and target audience. 

  - Generate innovative and visually compelling design concepts that align with client objectives. 


3. Project Execution:

  - Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. 

  - Produce design assets for various mediums, including digital, print, packaging, and environmental branding. 


4. Team Collaboration:

  - Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align branding efforts with overall strategies. 

  - Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs. 


5. Research & Trends:

  - Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output. 

  - Conduct market research to ensure branding solutions are relevant and competitive.

- Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback and retention of branding clients. 

- Project Timeliness: Completion of projects within agreed timelines. 

- Design Quality: Consistent delivery of high-quality, innovative branding solutions. 

- Brand Consistency: Effective implementation and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 

- 2+ years of experience in brand design, preferably in an agency or creative environment. 

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding and design projects. 

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. 

- Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

- Knowledge of motion graphics and web design (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is a plus.
