Job Description


About the Role


IT Service Delivery Management and Governance: Manage workplace service delivery, ensuring high levels of performance and user satisfaction. Implement IT service management policies and procedures. Have strong governance to manage services delivered via partner(s) and ensure compliance to contractual commitments, agreed service levels, and continuous improvement


Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Expertise in managing service providers in the workplace area.
  • Budget Management: Hands-on experience in monitoring expenses and optimizing spending to achieve budgeted financial objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with M365, Windows, Microsoft Intune, MacOS, and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Project Management: Relevant experience in managing projects effectively.
  • Workplace Technology Management
  • Team Management: Experience in leading and managing teams.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an equivalent combination of

education and professional experience is required


Required Skills

  • ITIL/Service Management: Exposure to ITIL principles and service management frameworks.
  • M365, Windows, Microsoft Intune
