Role:Technical Architect (Cloud Native)Aboutthe Job: We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the architecture and design of our cloud-native telecommunications applications. This senior technical leadership role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and telecommunications technologies. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, establish technical standards, and mentor engineering teams while designing high-performance systems that meet the demanding requirements of modern telecommunications environments.Roles & Responsibility: -Architect and design scalable, resilient cloud-native applications specifically for telecommunications use casesDefine technical vision and roadmap for cloud migration and modernization initiativesLead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teamsDesign high-performance, low-latency applications that meet telecommunications industry SLAsDevelop reference architectures and reusable patterns for cloud-native telco applicationsCollaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategiesMentor senior engineers and technical leads across multiple teamsContribute to open-source projects and represent the company at industry eventsImplement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for cloud-native environmentsLead proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies and approachesDesired Profile: - Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications using microservices architectureDeep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong experience with telecommunications systems, protocols, and industry standardsExpert-level knowledge in at least one programming language (Java, Go, Python, etc.)Proven experience designing high-performance, low-latency distributed systemsStrong understanding of data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, and KafkaExperience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) and API gateway patternsKnowledge of network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN)Understanding of 5G architecture, network slicing, and edge computing conceptsExperience with observability tools and practices (monitoring, logging, tracing)Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex technical challengesStrong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiencesStrategic thinker with ability to balance immediate needs with long-term architectural visionCollaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional team environmentsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and lead technical initiativesPassionate about technology innovation and continuous learningTechnical skills:Cloud Technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, OpenStackProgramming Languages: Java, Python, Go, ScalaData Processing: Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop ecosystemDatabases: NoSQL, SQL, time-series databases (Clickhouse, Druid)Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stackCI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCDInfrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, HelmWork Experience:10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in architecture rolesEducational Qualification:BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA
