About Profile: A senior HR Executive is a professional responsible for end-to-end employee life-cycle management to find the perfect match for a company’s long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent in the eCommerce and technology sectors.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Employee Engagement and Development through Periodic Reviews
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate and implement employee development programs, including training and workshops.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:


  1. MBA from an institute of repute with 2-3 years of experience in designing or implementing strategic HR programs leading to strong business/ people results
  2. Track record of organizing, planning and successfully managing both long-term and short-term initiatives in a fast moving, fast growing, and dynamic company
  3. Understanding of Employee Engagement strategies and implementation of the same in a large size organization.
  4. Ability to conduct extensive research of HR programs across industries and using market insights, workforce data and stakeholder/ employee voice.
  5. Demonstrated eye for detail, problem solving, presentation, communication and follow-through skills
