One of our ventures, Tenacity, is an innovative community designed to empower sales teams by providing opportunities to engage with content, community, and commerce. We are seeking a vibrant Community Manager to take the lead on engaging our community.


Considerations prior to applying:


  • Location: Mumbai or Bangalore (Hybrid)
  • Compensation: 9-12 LPA + ESOPs in Tenacity
  • Mindset: Get shit done (hustler)


Role overview:


As the Community Manager for Tenacity, you will drive and nurture Tenacity's vibrant community, creating engaging content, organizing events, and leveraging analytics to foster a thriving ecosystem for sales professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and Manage Community Engagement:

  • Create and execute strategies to increase member engagement, including organizing online events, webinars, and interactive sessions.
  • Monitor and moderate the Slack and LinkedIn community forum to ensure a positive and constructive atmosphere.
  • Act as the first point of contact for community members, responding to queries, and providing support and guidance.


Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and curate engaging content tailored to the needs and interests of the community.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant and valuable content across various platforms.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track community engagement and member satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to improve community strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on community growth, engagement metrics, and member feedback to inform team strategy.


Collaboration and Support:


  • Work closely with the Membership Manager to implement cohesive strategies that enhance member experience and retention.
  • Support sales and business development efforts through community-driven initiatives and feedback gathering.


User Feedback and Insights:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for community feedback, gathering insights on user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay community feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Conduct regular surveys and polls to stay updated on community sentiment and trends.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or sales-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using community platforms and analytics tools.
