Job Summary:

We seek a results-driven Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or a startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects end-to-end, using project management tools to ensure success, and managing cross-functional teams. A consulting background is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Use tools like Asana to monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve processes for future initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Adjust project plans to accommodate evolving priorities or requirements while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 5–7 years of project management experience in e-commerce, retail, or startups. Consulting experience is a strong plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address challenges, mitigate risks, and adapt plans dynamically.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Leadership: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and lead teams toward shared goals.
