Position Overview:

The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a key role in leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.     Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2.     Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

3.     Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

4.     Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

5.     Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

6.     Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

7.     Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and communications.

8.     Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

9.     Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of belonging and respect.

10.  Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, including mentoring and professional development.

11.  Collaborate with external vendors to manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless delivery of services while optimizing cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

12.  Manage payroll processes, including accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with tax regulations, and resolution of payroll discrepancies, to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on schedule.

13.  Create posters and flyers for recruitment, festivals and office events

14.  Manage and update the company social media channels regularly

 

Qualifications:

 

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

·       Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

·       Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

·       Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.

·       Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

·       SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
