CPF Business: Five Star (Overseas)Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our market presence in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and market development within the QSR or food service industry. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, franchise operations, and competitive positioning in the Indian market.Key Responsibilities:Market Expansion & StrategyDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in India.Identify new business opportunities, including franchise partnerships and strategic alliances.Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.Sales OperationsDrive revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels.Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Client & Partner ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, distributors, and key accounts.Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partners and vendors.Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts.Provide feedback on product offerings and customer needs.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the QSR, FMCG, or food service industry.Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market and regional dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel across India as needed.If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application via email your resume directly to Ms. Best at sukhontama.phu@cpf.co.th.We sincerely appreciate your interest in joining our team.Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps.
