Our journey has been shaped by four core pillars: Knowledge, People, Client Servicing, and Technology Role DescriptionThis is a full-time HR Generalist role responsible for recruitment, managing employee lifecycle (including documentation), executing human resources policies, implementing and administering employee benefits programs, monitoring learning & development programs for employees, employee appraisals, taking part in conducting team-building activities and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements for our offices in Bengaluru, Udupi & Mangaluru. In addition, the applicant is expected to participate in various HR-related activities, such as employee engagement, and employee relations.Qualifications and Pre-requisitesEducational Requirement – MBA-HR3-5 years of experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize workload and meet deadlinesAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAttention to detail and administrative skillsKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsKnowledge & Understanding of hiring for wide skills (finance, operations, marketing, sales &technology)Good Microsoft Office, HR analytics & reporting SkillsCandidates who has eagerness to learn will be an added advantage.What we offerGood and competitive work atmosphereChallenging tasks and deadlinesOpportunity to work in a growing organisation and to hire across levelsClear and defined career pathAppropriate compensation for skill & experience
