  • Prepare weekly/quarterly/annual strategic reports for the senior management within tight deadlines.
  • Oversee work-stream and lead the preparation/presentation of work-products.
  • Supporting on implementation of solutions in multiple improvement initiatives
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and validate findings.
  • Identify trends, patterns (qualitative and quantitative) and derive actionable insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and analyze complex models and business cases.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to handle senior management (CXOs) of the organization.
  • Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
