Job Summary: Zonal Head will be instrumental in expanding and strengthening our network of distributors to enhance our market presence and asset under management. This role demands strategic leadership to recruit, train, and manage distributor relationships within the zone, driving both sales targets and distributor satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically expand the distributor network by identifying and recruiting potential partners within the zone.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive distributor engagement program, including training, rewards, and recognition to enhance distributor loyalty and performance.

• Monitor and analyze distributor performance against targets, providing support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotions and support materials tailored to regional distributor needs.

• Ensure all distributor activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with distributors to enhance their capabilities and align their goals with company objectives.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all distributor-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining strong, professional relationships.

• Foster a culture of success and continuous improvement through leadership and high engagement levels within the team.

• Manage budget allocations for distributor development activities and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Report on zonal sales and distribution activity, providing insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in asset management or financial services, with significant experience in distributor network management.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve high performance.

• Knowledge of financial products and the regulatory environment pertaining to asset management
