Role Description:

  • Key KRA - 100% On Time Delivery to Customers


  • Key KRA - Inventories within Planned levels


  • Monthly Sales, Production and Outsource Process Planning Daily, Weekly CFT meetings to ensure Plan vs. Actual with Suppliers and our Internal Plants


  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Release Weekly / Monthly Raw Material procurement, production & sales plan for Forge Shop and machine Shops (Inhouse and Vendors) - ensuring timely completion of all operations in alignment with customer requirements and delivery schedules.


  • Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules that optimize the use of resources, ensuring timely completion of all forging, Machining in alignment with customer requirements and delivery schedules.


  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, ensuring minimal waste and efficient use of resources.


  • Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and forecast future needs based on sales projections, and customer orders. Plan for capacity expansions or contractions as necessary.


  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production planners and coordinators.


  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as lead times, and on-time delivery rates.
