Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the hospital's mission, values, and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with the hospital’s goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related issues, anticipate future needs, and drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR software.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
