This role will directly support the client’s teams by improving operational workflows and delivering scalable automation solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimize Salesforce Flows and automated processes tailored for client needsCollaborate with client stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and business challengesImplement no-code and low-code Salesforce solutions aligned with the client’s objectivesSupport integrations between Salesforce and external systems relevant to the client’s operationsTroubleshoot and improve existing workflows to maintain peak performanceProvide user training and clear documentation for client teamsRequirements:Experience as a Salesforce admin with strong focus on flow-based automationSkilled in no-code and low-code Salesforce development toolsUnderstanding of API integration concepts and practical experienceProven ability to work closely with client stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectivelyTrack record of successfully deploying automation in business environments
