About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our dynamic team. As part of the agency, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events that align with client objectives while delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event planning, project management, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution
• Conceptualize event strategies based on client briefs and objectives.
• Plan and manage events, including corporate events, product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, venue bookings, and permits.
• Ensure events are executed within budget and timelines.
Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Present proposals, updates, and post-event reports to clients.
• Handle client feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Team and Vendor Coordination
• Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, production, and on-ground staff.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for AV, décor, catering, and other event needs.
• Conduct on-site management and supervise event day activities.
Budgeting and Reporting
• Develop and manage budgets for multiple projects.
• Track and report expenses, ensuring profitability and financial accountability.
• Prepare post-event evaluation reports, including ROI analysis and learnings.
Creativity and Innovation
• Brainstorm unique ideas to enhance client events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and creative strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: 3–5 years in event management, preferably in an agency setup.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related fields.
• Skills:
o Strong project management and organizational skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in event management tools and software.
Preferred
• Experience with high-profile clients and large-scale events.
• Familiarity with digital/virtual event platforms.
