Role: Senior Executive- Finance
Location: TCS Mumbai
Qualification: B.com/M.com/M.BA in Finance
Experience: 3-6 Years
Competency / Microskill / Certification Details: Global Payroll concepts and SAP Payroll hands on experience
Must have skills: 1. End to end payroll experience on SAP Platform and Reporting of payroll compliances
2. MS Office- Excel and strong accounting knowledge
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills for payroll variances and understanding system interfaces
Good to have skills: 1. Global Payroll knowledge of major countries like Australia, UK , USA
2. Interpersonal and communication skills
3. SAP S4 HANA payroll experience or equivalent certification would be preferred.
Key responsibilities:
Supported by payroll executive or individually processing end to end payroll. Associate will be incharge of payroll interface accuracy, prepayroll checks, processing, payment and cost accounting. Also guiding Global Help Desk team on employee related queries, managing payroll accounting, reconciliation, accounting schedule audit and management reporting
