We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager with 10-12 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage the company's global IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networks, and data centers. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and must have previously worked in global organizations, ensuring best practices in infrastructure management and security.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company’s entire IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services (AWS, Azure), networks, and hardware.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support global operations, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align IT infrastructure with business goals and ensure seamless integration with global operations.
  • Oversee network administration, server management, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Ensure compliance with global IT standards and regulations, including data protection and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance on infrastructure and cloud-based projects.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure the implementation of IT infrastructure policies, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management in a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, virtualization, server administration, and security best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects and ensure system reliability.
  • Experience in vendor management and budget control.
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other relevant IT infrastructure qualifications are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
