We have an immediate job opportunity for you as an Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - Corporate Finance.


Responsibilities will include:

Preparing materials to be presented to Senior Management and the Board of Directors;

Developing corporate, department, and project earnings and cash flow forecasts;

Analysing drivers of historical financial performance, including key trends that are impacting the business;

Preparing annual budgets and budget variance analyses;

Evaluating potential new initiatives, including income statement impact, resource requirements and other financial implications;

Supporting corporate financing activities, including preparation of materials for lenders and rating agencies;

Assisting in the preparation of public filings and other internal and external communication documents, including financial analyses for the quarterly earnings release and call; and

Measuring our performance and valuation relative to peers and other relevant benchmarks.


Experience Required:

Minimum 7+ years of corporate finance, accounting, investment banking or consulting experience;

Outstanding analytical skills;

Experience in building and working with complex financial models;

Analysis of large volume of data and manipulation. Forecasting revenues, forecasting expenses, Budgeting

Looking at expenses by vendor, trend analysis.

Deep understanding of public company financial statements and accounting;

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel; and Modelling, Running General Ledger, Pivot Tables, Excel Formulas, Q-o-Q/Y-o-Y Analysis.
