As a Senior Data Scientist at MeraDoc, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leveraging our extensive data assets to drive business and product decisions. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Data Assessment and Structuring:
- Assess the current state of data storage, organization, and integration across multiple verticals and partnerships.
- Develop and implement a structured approach to organizing and linking diverse data sets to ensure coherence and accessibility.
2. Data Analytics and Insights:
- Perform advanced analytics to extract valuable insights from complex data sets.
- Utilize statistical methods, machine learning models, and other analytical techniques to drive business and product decisions.
3. Business and Product Decision Support:
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business strategy, product development, and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product and service offerings.
4. Data Correlation and Linkage:
- Identify and establish linkages between disparate data sources to create a comprehensive view of user interactions and service efficacy.
- Develop processes to ensure that data is used effectively across different verticals and partnerships.
5. Data Lifecycle Management:
- Implement processes to ensure that all captured data supports the complete lifecycle of services offered on the platform.
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
6. Process Development and Improvement:
- Design and implement processes for ongoing data management and analytics.
- Continuously evaluate and refine data processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive decision-making.
- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong background in data structuring, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.
• Experience in working with sensitive and valuable data, particularly in the healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, with a vigilant approach to data quality and integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Ability to develop and communicate data-driven strategies and recommendations.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
Education:
• Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data science or analytics are a plus.
