The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The candidate must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone as well as in person meetings. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in high value corporate clients and managing healthy relationship with them.



Responsibilities


• Identify and contact potential clients to inform them about our service.

• Answer questions about services of the company

• Attend meetings with the prospective clients to discuss and understand their credit requirement in order to close sales.

• Enter and update customer information in the database

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


Qualifications

• Proven experience in tele selling or other sales/relationship management.

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target.

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems

• Ability to learn about credit services and describe/explain them to prospects

• Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

• Outstanding negotiation skills

• MBA/B. Com or experience in finance domain will be a plus.
