POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION
This position is required to manage Credit Control function to handle timely collection of receivables.
POSITION SUMMARY
Monitor Accounts Receivable
Invoice Dispatches
Customer (Inwards) Payment Accounting
Follow-Up on Overdue Receivables
Maintain Customer Relations
Collection Management
Credit Management
Reporting
Reconciliation
Process Improvement
Address customer inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding the receivable situation
Regular updates on receivable/collections
Timely sharing of invoices to customers and closures of EDPMS of export transactions
Ensuring zero variance in AR reconciliation
Understanding Documents/information flow
Preparing MIS report
Reconciliation of payments received
Timely SAP entries for customer code creation and SO release
Address customer enquiries and collaborate with cross functional team
