Founded in 2002, the organization empowers PVTGs through training programs, skill development projects, and sales marketing assistance."Saantha" ,in collaboration with Ambalika,is a sustainable clothing brand manufacturing design-centric apparels for women using natural craft techniques.We are working with several artisanal clusters in Jharkhand and have been recognised amongst top 15 emerging women-led green sustainable ventures.We are on a mission to expand our reach and boost sales across domestic and international markets. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to elevate our brand and maximize returns across multiple advertising platforms.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication tasks to support the organization's mission.


Your Role: Digital Marketer


Are you ready to lead the charge in building Saantha’s digital presence? As a Digital Marketer, you will shape the future of our brand, using SEO, digital advertising, and social media strategies to elevate our services and captivate new audiences.


What You’ll Do


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize website content to boost rankings and drive traffic.
  • Research high-impact keywords for better visibility.
  • Analyze user behavior to enhance web performance.
  • Implement innovative link-building strategies.


 Digital Advertising:

  • Develop and execute high-impact ad campaigns tailored for domestic and international markets.
  • Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop creative ad copy and visuals to engage audiences.
  • Monitor and refine campaigns for maximum ROI.


Platform Expertise:

  • Leverage advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, AdWords, and other platforms to ensure superior campaign performance.
  • Test and implement advertising opportunities on emerging platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest for both markets.


Content Marketing & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop blog posts, videos, and podcasts.
  • Create powerful digital strategies

Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
  • Post engaging, audience-driven content to build a loyal online community.
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Track and improve social media performance.


Market Research & Analytics:

  • Stay ahead by researching trends and competitor strategies.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to track performance.
  • Generate actionable insights to refine campaigns.


E-commerce Sales and Growth

Spearhead the growth of our brand across major platforms like Myntra, Nykaa, and Amazon. The role involves optimizing product listings, executing digital marketing campaigns, and driving sales performance.

·       Optimize brand presence on e-commerce platforms

·       Manage relationships with platform reps and negotiate terms

·       Execute PPC, display ads, and social media campaigns

·       Enhance listings with SEO for better visibility

·       Analyze sales data and exceed targets


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing (4+ years preferred).
  • Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and Canva.
  • Skills:
  • Strong copywriting and content creation.
  • Knowledge of creative industries like music, film, and video production.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with creative teams.
