  • Creating marketing plans, allocating resources, and establishing both immediate and long-term objectives.
  • Formulating strategies for all key specialities, encompassing Digital, Branding, and Communications.
  • Assessing consumer behaviour, identifying market opportunities beyond Kerala, and creating branding strategies.
  • Developing and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
  • Ensuring brand consistency in brand messaging across diverse marketing platforms.
  • Exploring possibilities for brand recognition and accolades while enhancing brand rankings and visibility.
  • Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic users and keyword ranking.
  • Coordinate content & creatives to update the website regularly. Ensure website follows brand guidelines and improves the user experience.
  • Plan and execute effective PPC campaigns for lead generation, increasing brand awareness and engagement. Increase overall traffic and conversion rate on the website.
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence. Develop and execute social media strategies, create and share engaging content, analyze social data, moderate user-generated content, and collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Develop an annual/quarterly/monthly PR plan including strategy, goals, budget to position Aster Medcity as the premier healthcare destination in India
  • Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Maintain the SOV leadership position as well as increase coverage in mainline publications in Kerala
  • Curate and highlight best clinical excellence stories in local media and national media
  • Maintain healthy relationship with key media stakeholders and develop new contacts with business and industry media
  • Participate in annual Awards / Ranking by media and non-media groups and industry certifications
  • Identify key opportunities in events, industry associations to place Aster Medcity leaders.
  • Drive Patient traffic from Rest of India
