Role: Technical Lead


Role Description: The Technical Lead to guide and oversee the development of modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Spring Boot, React, and React Native, combined with strong leadership and mentoring abilities. The role involves managing technical delivery, ensuring best practices, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:


Technical Leadership

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, React, and React Native.
  • Establish technical best practices, coding standards, and ensure team adherence to them.
  • Provide technical mentorship to team members, ensuring their growth and alignment with project goals.
  • Drive architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of applications.

Project Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliverables.
  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Perform code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize processes.

Cross-Platform Development

  • Oversee the development of responsive web applications using React.
  • Manage mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems built with Spring Boot.

Team Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between product management, design, and development teams.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
  • Troubleshoot critical issues in production and staging environments promptly.



Required Technical Skills and Experience:

·   Strong experience in Spring Boot for developing APIs (REST/JSON, SOAP) and microservices.

·   Proficient in building front-end applications with React, including state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

·   Hands-on experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.

·   Proficiency in front-end tools and frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.

·   Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

·      Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development practices.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or JUnit.
  • Experience with state-of-the-art security and authentication frameworks (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
  • Familiarity with Linux and Shell Scripting

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent. 

Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
