Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our Data Marketing practice. You will become part of the Asia Salesforce practice and work on projects comprising a multidisciplinary team of members engaged in a range of Salesforce projects across different business verticals. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant supports pre-sales activities, end-to-end implementation delivery, and run activities (campaigns, AMS, and user support). This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of the Client’s requirements and,based on Salesforce product expertise and best practices, designing and delivering a robust Salesforce solution that meets/exceeds requirements and supports the business objectivesResponsibilities Conduct workshops with the clients (gathering requirements, demos, reviews, etc) Capture, understand, and analyse client user requirements and objectives Performs “As-Is” and Fit/Gap analyses to align the Salesforce technology’s offerings and capabilities to the Client business needs and advises the client on solution options/offeringsRequire hands-on implementation work for the clients (configuration) Design and conceptualize business solutions to support client needs Engage the internal implementation team on client requirements, solution design, build, testing, and solution delivery Develop and deliver documentation deliverables across the project phases (BRD, FSD, Test cases, Training material,s etc.) Conduct testing and training on the implemented solution Forging trusting relationships with team members and client stakeholders Providing support in a pre-sales capacity (demos, proposals) Continually improve on Salesforce product knowledge and expertise: Marketing on core platform, Data Cloud, Loyalty, and PersonalizationProfileAt least 4-6 years of relevant working experienceSalesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications is a must-haveExperience in Marketing operations and/or analytics preferredGood analysis, critical thinking, and solution designing skills with a foundation in core marketing principles and practicesDeep functional expertise in applications on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platformMust have experience and knowledge in coding – AMP scripting and SQLEffective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)Knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com consultancy requiredWorking experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting, Project Management, CRM, Cloud technologiesHighly motivated, resourceful, and success-orientedAble to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, and multi-geolocation teamSalesforce Sales, Service Cloud Certifications are good to haveTravel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expectedWhat we offer;Competitive Salary Package in the Market10 Sick Leave18 Paid Time OffHMO on Day 1 (plus up to 3 dependents)Yearly AppraisalLife, Accidental Insurance
