Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organizational files and documents.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.
  • Department/Team/Resource Management: Lead and mentor teams, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a collaborative work environment. Strategically allocate resources to meet project requirements and organizational goals.
  • Learning and Development: Design and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Supporting Business Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights for decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.


Qualifications:

  • MBA in a related field.
  • Min 2 - 4 years of experience in administrative tasks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in project and resource management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent data management skills, including data analysis, interpretation, and utilization.
