Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to establish and grow the brand. You will play a pivotal role in creative development, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in creative development, strategic planning, and analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to build and enhance the brand.
  • Lead creative development initiatives to produce compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct primary/secondary market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand building and campaign execution.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong creative development skills with experience in producing engaging marketing content.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing, social media, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
