What will you be doing as a Sr. C4C Consultant @ delaware India?


As a Sr. C4C Consultant, you will lead and participate in requirements gathering from clients, recommending and designing solutions, configuring settings, and conducting testing.

As a member of our global functional team, you will play a crucial role in solutioning, conducting assessments, participating in design workshops, reviewing, and documenting specifications, and development and delivery of across multiple platforms.

As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to continuously enhance your skills by staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that you can provide. the most innovative and effective solutions to our clients.


We are looking for following skills in our new colleague.


  • Significant experience (8+ years) as an SAP CRM/C4C Consultant and experienced in Energy/Utilities Domain.
  • Good understanding of Meter to Cash Flow.
  • Hands on experience in Sales and Service cloud configurations.
  • Should have worked on integration between SAP C4C and S/4 HANA or ECC.
  • Working knowledge on C4C layouts, Business roles, Code list mapping, ID Mapping, KUTs
  • Configuration experience in customer service including Business master data, Font office and associated utilities processes, Move-In/Out, Disconnection and Reconnection processes.
  • Integration of C4C with SAP ISU Modules – Device Management, Billing and FICA.
  • Service order and Notification scenarios in C4C-S4 environment with utilities.
  • BPEM Case integration and testing with C4C
  • Experience in providing support including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and performing system enhancements.
  • Experience in analysing and understanding the existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in End user training, System testing and Quality assurance activities
  • Flexible to work in Implementation and AMS projects
  • Willingness to cross-train, upskill, and collaborate with team members
  • Mentor junior team members
  • At least 2 Full life cycle implementations.
  • SAP Utilities certification is a plus.
