Job Summary:

Seeking a motivated Wastewater Treatment Sales Manager with 4-5 years of sales experience and strong technical knowledge in wastewater treatment.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Industry Knowledge:

  • Understand water and wastewater industry processes, technologies, and trends.
  • Stay updated on advancements in water treatment, ETP, and STP.

2) Proposal Preparation:

  • Prepare comprehensive proposals for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Tailor proposals to client requirements, considering technical and budgetary needs.

3)Culture Media Selling:

  • Familiar with culture media and related products for water testing and analysis.
  • Develop strategies to market and sell culture media effectively.

4) Lead Generation and Sales:

  • Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

5) Technical Assistance:

  • Deep understanding of ETP and STP processes.
  • Communicate technical details and provide tailored solutions to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of sales experience in the wastewater treatment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
