Timing: 6:45 pm to 4:30 am
About the Role:
We seek a proactive Customer Success Specialist to manage customer inquiries, maintain high retention rates, and efficiently oversee projects. The perfect candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a dedicated customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Drive customer retention by providing exceptional post-sales support and engagement.
- Manage and oversee customer projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Identify customer pain points and work on solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams in sales, product, and technical support to improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Work in a night shift environment and be available to assist customers across US time zones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 02 – 04 years in customer success, account management, or customer support.
- Customer Query Handling: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Retention Strategies: Proven experience in maintaining and improving customer retention.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple customer projects efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem-solving: Analytical thinking to address customer challenges proactively.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, support ticketing systems, and other customer success software.
- Work Environment: Must be willing to work from the office on a night shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the SaaS / B2B industry is a plus.
- Prior experience handling international customers is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho is beneficial.
