- Proactively monitor customer accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage client portfolios.

Qualifications:
- B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science and Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a software engineering, customer success or technical support role.
- Previous experience in SAAS sales is highly desirable.
- Strong technical background and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
- Strong knowledge of working with APIs, and SDKs and proven experience with building solutions using APIs.
- Development experience with any of Python/C/Java/Go or any language is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Self-driven and proactive.
