Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Support Analyst at Scalpers Trading Academy in Chennai. The Product Support Analyst will provide application and customer support for algorithmic trading products, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The role involves troubleshooting, training, and collaborating with teams to enhance product functionality and user experience, requiring expertise in stock markets and strong problem-solving skills.


About the Role

  1. Application Support: Provide technical support for algorithmic trading tools, custom indicators, and trading platforms, ensuring smooth functionality for users.
  2. Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's trading products and strategies to assist users effectively and provide valuable insights.
  4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify product improvements and work closely with the development team to implement updates.
  5. Training and Onboarding: Assist in training customers on how to use trading bots, indicators, and strategies, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and user guides to streamline support processes and reduce repetitive queries.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to enhance product offerings and support services.
  8. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, report issues, and escalate complex problems to the relevant technical teams for resolution.
  9. Stock Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of stock markets to provide contextually relevant support and guidance to trading professionals.
  10. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring long-term engagement with the company's products.


Educational Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum Requirement): A degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  2. Master’s Degree (Preferred): Advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master's in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related domain can be an added advantage.
  3. Certification in Financial Markets: Certifications like NISM, NCFM or any other equivalent financial market certification is a plus.
  4. Stock Market Experience: Hands-on experience or academic exposure to trading, investments, or algorithmic trading is crucial.
  5. Communication Skills Training: Coursework or certifications in communication, customer service, or problem-solving would be beneficial for excelling in the role.
