Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Sr. Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and creating engaging content for social media promotions. They should possess strong communication skills, out-of-the-box thinking capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually captivating designs and graphics for marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, emailers, and webinar collateral.

• Create and edit video content to support webinars, promotional materials, and social media strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to transform creative briefs into visually compelling designs and video assets.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, providing innovative and creative solutions for promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

• Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity across all digital and print channels.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with attention to detail.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, video content, and social media marketing.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, video editing, and social media projects.

• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience in creating digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and marketing promotions.

• Creative mindset with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the SaaS or tech industry.

• Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing tools.

• Understanding of visual storytelling to enhance user engagement and customer experience.
