Role Description:
As a Creative Designer, you will develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across various platforms. You will work closely with the creative and design lead to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand strategy and marketing objectives. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative projects that engage and inspire our audience.
Key responsibilities:
- Brand identity: Develop and maintain Randstad Digital’s brand and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.- Creative design: Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, website elements, flipbooks, sales decks, and more.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product management teams to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions.- Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.- Creativity & Innovation: Stay updated on evolving design and creative trends and incorporate new design techniques and ideas into your work.- Brand Guideline adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of creativity and quality.- Flexibility: actively seek feedback from peers and swiftly adapt ways of working to evolving business needs while catering to regional and country-specific creative needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand design, creative design, or a related field.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in digital marketing and working on static brand-related tasks.- Prior experience in creating brand assets for digital and print media.- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.- Experience working in IT services or software product companies is a plus.
