Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with exceptional business acumen to lead our Client Servicing Team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design & project management and be passionate about delivering excellence in client management.


This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster lasting client relationships while ensuring meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company.

Responsibilities:


Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of client servicing professionals to ensure high performance, motivation, and career growth.


Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.


Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, improve client satisfaction, and drive business growth.


Process Adherence: Ensure meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality in the team.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.


Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.


Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.


Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor team performance, client satisfaction, and project profitability.



Requirements:

·   Master’s degree in Architecture with cross functional experience in design, client interface, project management

·   Creative problem solver with a customer-centric approach

·   Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

·   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.

·   Proficiency in project management & design concepts

·   Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and process orientation.

·   Strong negotiation skills and business acumen

·   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

·   Willingness to travel globally as required for client meetings, industry events, and project installations.
