Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tour Consultant at Chakar Tour and Travels. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for providing guided tours, communicating with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. They will also provide travel consulting services and expertise in the travel and tourism industry.


Qualifications

  • Experience in providing guided tours, travel consulting, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Language skills in English and local languages are a plus
  • Sales calls
