Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant at Chakar Tour and Travels. As a Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, organizing guided tours, and delivering excellent customer service. Your role will involve effectively communicating with clients to understand their travel preferences, recommending suitable travel options, and managing travel bookings.

QualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsExperience in travel consulting and organizing guided toursGood knowledge of the travel and tourism industryExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work well in a team and handle multiple tasksProficiency in relevant computer applications and reservation systemsKnowledge of local tourist attractions and destinationsFluency in English and one or more local languages is a plus
