We at WanderOn are a modern travel community that provides end to end travel packages in India and abroad. We design the best travel itineraries that encourage group traveling for like-minded people. Our services include road trips, trekking expeditions, corporate trips, and customized tour packages. On our trips, we ensure hassle-free traveling, top-notch accommodation and guided sightseeing that too on a budget.

Position: Senior Travel Sales Consultant


Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in identifying their ideal travel packages, offering expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Thoroughly research and absorb all pertinent information regarding international destinations, including pricing, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our clientele, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Effectively sell tailored tour packages to discerning customers, aligning offerings with individual preferences and requirements.
  • Skillfully negotiate customizations or modifications requested by clients, striving to accommodate their needs to the fullest extent possible.
  • Contribute actively to achieving sales and revenue targets, driving profitability and growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in international travel to provide informed advice to clients.



Skills & Qualifications Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive Destination Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in international destinations is essential.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the travel sales domain.
  • Proven track record of securing sales in a customer-centric environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Innate talent for establishing rapport with clients.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Adept at critical thinking and problem-solving.
