Key Responsibilities:


Provide Network Support and Connectivity Issue Resolution: The Network Analyst will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted business operations.


Configure Hardware and Software for Optimal Network Communication: This involves setting up and configuring network hardware (such as routers, switches, and firewalls) and software (like network protocols and security software) to enhance network performance and security.


Setup LAN, WLAN, and WAN Networks: The Network Analyst will design, deploy, and maintain Local Area Networks (LANs), Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs), and Wide Area Networks (WANs) to meet the organization's connectivity requirements.


Analyze and Monitor Network Performance: Regular monitoring and analysis of network performance metrics will be conducted to identify potential bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and ensure optimal network performance.


Manage Network Services: This includes overseeing essential network services such as Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Virtual Private Network (VPN), WLAN configuration, IP address management, and others.


Monitor and Maintain Network Servers: The Network Analyst will be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of network servers, conducting necessary upgrades, and ensuring their availability and reliability.


Perform System Administration and Ensure Network Security: System administration tasks, including user management, access control, and data backups, will be part of the responsibilities. Additionally, ensuring network security through implementing and maintaining robust security measures is crucial.


Document Processes and Monitor Network Performance Metrics: Documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps is essential for maintaining an organized and efficient network infrastructure. Regular monitoring of network performance metrics helps in identifying trends and making informed decisions.


Support and Train IT Staff: Providing support to IT staff members and imparting training on network technologies and solutions will help in enhancing the overall IT capabilities within the organization.


Stay Updated with Network Technologies: Keeping abreast of advancements in network technologies and solutions is essential for the Network Analyst to propose and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance network efficiency and security.


Requirements:


1. GRADUATION: Network Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering


2. KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCES:

i. Extensive experience with network operating systems such as Cisco, Juniper,

Aruba and FortiOS

ii. In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network installation

techniques: Routers, Firewall, Switches, Access Points and other network

devices.

iii. In-depth knowledge about IP Addressing/Subnetting, TCP/IP, ARP, VLAN,

VRF, STP, statisch und dynamisches Routing, DHCP, DNS, IPSec, Proxy

iv. Exceptional ability to provide network support and resolve errors.

v. Advanced knowledge of network setup and security.

vi. Ability to keep up with advancements in IT network technologies.

vii. Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.

viii. Exceptional communication skills.
