Social Media Strategist

Working model: Remote, with on-site presence required for shoots or events.

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:0am - 7:00pm

Budget: 9-10 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience: 3+ years


As part of this exciting opportunity, you’ll work closely with Masoom to bring her vision to life through innovative content across platforms—Whether it’s curating YouTube videos, designing fashion-forward organic campaigns or global brand collaborations. Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Design and implement platform-specific strategies to grow Masoom’s digital presence, ensuring alignment with her brand and audience.
  • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns—both organic and branded—to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Analyze audience data, trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Set measurable KPIs for campaigns, track performance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.


Content Direction & Coordination

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize content ideas that support the overall strategy.
  • Provide direction for video and visual content production, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with Masoom’s brand.
  • Oversee and refine the writing of scripts, captions, and key campaign messages, maintaining consistency and engagement across platforms.
  • Ensure all deliverables are on-brand and delivered on time.


Audience Engagement & Growth

  • Implement strategies to foster community engagement and build a loyal following across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments, and engage with the community to strengthen connections.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adapt approaches to maintain relevance and visibility.


YouTube Channel Management

  • Lead the strategy for Masoom’s YouTube channel growth, focusing on content optimization, guest collaborations, and viewer retention.
  • Work closely with editors and other team members to maintain a consistent upload schedule and deliver value-driven content.


Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaborations and partnerships that align with Masoom’s brand goals.
  • Manage relationships with collaborators, vendors, and creative partners to ensure smooth execution of joint projects.


What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in tailoring content to maximize engagement on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in guest curation and managing collaborations is a plus.
  • Great sense of content and creative direction
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in production coordination and managing on-ground shoot logistics for YouTube
