About the Role
We are looking for a Campaign Writer with a strong advertising background—someone who can conceptualize and execute high-impact ad campaigns across print, digital, and video. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, storytelling, and creativity to develop compelling campaign ideas and craft engaging communication across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop 360-degree campaign ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Write multiple campaign concepts, ad scripts, taglines, and headlines for print, digital, and video.
- Turning mundane school updates into stories parents actually want to read.
- Work closely with art directors, designers, and video teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Guiding junior writers on the right direction of communication and taking active confident calls on what works functionally.
- Develop integrated messaging strategies that work across different formats—print ads, digital banners, TVCs, radio scripts, social media campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
- Brainstorm and pitch campaign ideas with a clear understanding of audience insights and brand positioning.
- Adapt and refine creative concepts based on market feedback and performance analytics.
- Stay updated with advertising trends, brand communication strategies, and consumer behavior.
- Ensure that all messaging remains consistent, engaging, and aligned with the brand's tone of voice
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in advertising copywriting, campaign strategy, or brand storytelling at agencies, Radio, or the like.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, ad concepts, and multi-format brand communication.
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, brand positioning, and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to write for multiple mediums—from print and digital to video scripts and social media.
- Experience in developing high-converting ad copies and brand narratives.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with designers, visualizers, and marketing teams.
- Excellent ideation, research, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
