We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Strategy professional. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across sales and other functions.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner 🤝 with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and productivity.Drive sales forecasting 📊, pipeline management, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and predictability.Provide actionable insights through data analytics, sales performance reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business objectives.Define and track sales KPIs/metrics to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights.Support annual planning , territory/quota allocation, and incentive/compensation design.Act as a trusted advisor 🧑 💼 to sales teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.Qualifications🎓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred.4–8 years of experience 💼 in Sales and Strategy Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.Proven track record in sales operations management, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvement in a global sales environment.Strong expertise 🤝in client engagement, account management, and stakeholder collaboration, pipeline management, and forecasting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Why Join Denave?Work closely with senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.Opportunity to be part of a global sales enablement leader.Dynamic, collaborative environment with focus on innovation and growth.
