Senior Manufacturing Engineer – AeroEngine

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in AeroEngine and Gas Turbine manufacturing, CNC programming, and NX CAM. This role focuses on producibility, quality assurance, and advanced manufacturing processes for aerospace components.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute process planning, methods planning, and technical instructions for AeroEngine components.Perform CNC programming, CMM programming, and create stage drawings, stage modeling, and operation drawings using NX CAM, VERICUT, and post processor tools.Manage concession, non-conformance, quality notifications, and MRB (Material Review Board) activities for Rolls-Royce Programs.Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, FAIR, and zero-defect manufacturing standards.Conduct supplier audits and improve process capability through advanced manufacturing techniques.Technical Skills RequiredCNC Programming (G-code, toolpath optimization)CMM Programming and inspection techniquesNX CAM, VERICUT, Post Processor, Post BuilderCAD/CAM proficiency (CATIA V5, SolidWorks)Blueprint interpretation, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-upKnowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAIR, CAPPFamiliarity with Pratt & Whitney Gas Turbine design and manufacturing standards (Rolls-Royce or Pratt and Whitney)Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Capability AnalysisExposure to Supplier Quality Audits and Zero-Defect initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.Experience: 5–14 years in aerospace manufacturing or precision engineering roles.Hands-on experience in Gas Turbine / AeroEngine manufacturing, CNC/CMM programming, and process planning.Certifications in NX CAM, Lean Six Sigma, or AS9100 standards are a plus.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing projects.Collaborate with global teams on Gas Turbine and AeroEngine technologies.Opportunity to master NX CAM, VERICUT, and advanced CNC programming.
