6 PM - 1 AM with an hour break


About TalentGum -

TalentGum is a leading e-learning platform launched in 2021 that aspires to transform the scope of extra-curricular education globally by encouraging the holistic development of children. The platform offers a multitude of expert-curated live-online courses such as dance, music, public speaking, art, and chess that is taught by subject-matter experts. These courses are specially designed to maximize the learning of children in the age group of 4 to 14. TalentGum has an average Google rating of 4.8/5 and is trusted by 37000+ happy learners across 51+ countries.


Responsibilities:

● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online

● Ensure that students enjoy the course

● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.

● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

● Conduct group and private lessons as required.

● Provide a fun and creative environment.


Qualifications / Experience required:

● Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.

● Strong subject knowledge

● Relevant working experience (3+ years)

● Discover your treasures hidden within


Requirements:

● Good English & Hindi Communication Skills

● Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)

● Must have a proper functioning Laptop/Desktop

● Must have access to strong internet services

● Experience in online teaching

● Should be available for classes on Sunday.

● Engages students in learning

● Passion for making learning fun


Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.

Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (6 PM - 9 PM,)

  • 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo
  • 25-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
  • 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
  • 81& above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo


Salary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)

  • 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 165/- per session + Rs.80/- per demo
  • 25-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
  • 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
  • 81& above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo


Further, there will be minimum guarantee amount as follows:


Rs: 5500/- for the 1st Month;

Rs 10500/- for the 2nd month;

Rs. 16000/- 3rd month onwards.
