Job description:

  • The project manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing the studio, such as stakeholder communication, assigning and managing studio tasks, and co-ordination between the teams.
  • The role includes being an interface between internal stakeholders, internal studio team, agencies and marketing team.
  • Implementing and executing strategic brand and marketing campaigns that drive the brand success.
  • The studio manager will work collaboratively with our creative professionals, strategy experts, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with Brand team, campaign team & other teams to understand their goals, business goals and communication goals.
  • Work closely with creative team, content team, and studio team on the to work on stakeholder briefs and deliver as per their expectations.
  • Conduct in person / virtual meetings with stakeholders for briefings, proposal presentations and project reviews.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Handling commercial aspects such as timely submission of invoices, creation of PR/PO, track payments and timely payments follow ups.
  • Conduct frequent visits at manufacturing facilities for key aspects like branding planning and execution. Also, be part of pre-production and execution of photography and video shoots execution conducted at various sites.

Skills Required

  • Excellent presentation, written and spoken communication skills and people skills.
  • Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information.
  • Comfortable working with multiple local and global teams.
  • Interact with stakeholders while ensuring their needs are met.
  • Solid Understanding of the Digital Marketing Eco-system.
  • Managing accounts and projects independently.
  • Understanding and communicating stakeholders marketing/creative briefs to the creative team.
  • Ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of the stakeholder’s project.
  • Plan, create & present roadmaps to the stakeholders
  • Prior experience as Client servicing or Account manager will be preferred.
