We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at our esteemed hotel in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have prior experience in front office roles in 4-star or 5-star hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a luxury hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services:
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks efficiently.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and ensure a smooth registration process by collecting necessary information (contact details, stay dates, etc.).
  • Assign rooms and provide information about available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
  • Reservations and Payment:
  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
  • Customer Relations:
  • Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guest needs.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education:
  • Degree B.Sc or Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute.
  • Experience:
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a front office role in 4-star or 5-star hotels.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in managing online and phone reservations.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
