Duration: 6 months

Department: Human Resources

Stipend : INR 7000/- to 10,000/-

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Tech Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and its application in the HR domain.


Role Overview:

The HR Tech Intern will play a critical role in automating manual HR processes, building applications to streamline HR functions, and integrating various HR systems using APIs. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR Tech, experience with Power Automate, app development, and familiarity with Postman for API testing.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Automation of HR Processes: Utilize Power Automate to create workflows that streamline and automate manual HR tasks.

·      App Development: Design and develop applications to improve HR operations and user experience.

·      API Integration: Use Postman to test and integrate various HR systems via APIs.

·      Data Management: Assist in managing HR data and ensuring data integrity across systems.

·      Technical Support: Provide technical support to the HR team for software and application issues.

·      Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and integrations.

·      Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to understand their needs and develop effective tech solutions.


Qualifications:

Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate.

Experience with app development platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps).

Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.

Basic understanding of HR Tech systems and applications.


Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
